Who is responsible

RishabbCreates is run by Rishab Negi, a web designer based in Delhi, India. For anything about your data, message or call +91 97738 65369.

What I collect

• If you use the contact form: your name, your business, and the email address or phone number you give.
• If you message on WhatsApp or call: whatever you choose to send, through WhatsApp or your phone network.
• The price builder and the light or dark switch keep everything in your browser. Your theme choice is saved on your own device and never sent to me.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. If I add visitor statistics, this notice will say so first.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, and to quote, design and deliver your website. I don't sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
• Web3Forms delivers the contact form to my inbox, when the form sends by email.
• WhatsApp carries any message you send me there, including the ones this site fills in for you.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project, and to keep records the law requires, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Message or call +91 97738 65369 and I'll reply within one working day. This applies wherever you are, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the UK and EU GDPR.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
