Approve the homepage and 50% is due. I build the rest to the agreed scope and date, with two more rounds of changes.

The other 50% is due at launch. Your site goes live on your domain, set up to be found on Google and ChatGPT, and the code is yours.

Is the homepage design really free?
Yes. I design and build your homepage first and share it as a private live link. If you don't want to go ahead, you owe nothing. If you do, 50% of the agreed price is due when you approve it and 50% at launch.
How much does a website cost?
A landing page starts at ₹5,000 and a business website of up to three pages at ₹15,000. Extra pages are ₹2,000 each, and features like booking or online payments are priced individually. You get a fixed written quote before any work begins, and prices in your own currency on request.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of changes on the homepage, and two more on the full site, are included in every project.
What isn't included?
Writing all of your text, unless you add copywriting, and photos or photoshoots, which you provide. Everything else in the quote is included.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, your logo if you have one, photos, and your text, or add copywriting and I'll write it. A 15-minute chat covers the rest.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you want the optional care plan: ₹5,000 a month for hosting, updates, backups and small edits. Without it, the finished site and its code are handed over to you.
Can I update the website myself?
I make the changes for you. Small edits are included in the care plan. Without it, each change is quoted before I start.
How long does a website take?
A landing page takes 2–3 days. A complete multi-page site takes 10–14 days. The delivery date is agreed in writing before work begins.
Do you use WordPress, Wix or a page builder?
No. Every site is hand-coded. That means faster load times, no plugins to patch every week, and code that you own outright.
Will my business be found on Google and AI search?
Every build includes technical SEO, schema.org markup and clearly written service and location information: the signals search engines and AI assistants such as ChatGPT use when they recommend a business.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The code, the content and the domain are yours.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
I'm Rishab Negi, based in Delhi, India, and I work with businesses in India, the UK, Canada and the US. Everything runs over WhatsApp and video calls, so time zones never slow a project down.
